Cozy Romantic Cabin with Breakfast Included on Ranch in Texas Hill Country
"This was the perfect place to go and unwind. The amenities such as grilling area and lodge were perfectly comfortable. Can't wait to cone back and …"
This cozy, romantic cabin with breakfast included, located on a 100-year family owned ranch in Texas Hill Country, can accommodate four guests. It features a queen-size bed with a pillow-top mattress and a bunk bed set. In addition, this cabin features a private bathroom, individual climate control, and 24-hour access to the main lodge and continental style breakfast.
Guests should be sure to bring appropriate clothing and shoes if intending to hike during their stay, and all guests should bring their own drinks and food items, as meals are not provided. The main lodge, however, has a full kitchen with an oven/stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and more, and is open 24/7 to all guests.
At this Texas luxury camping property, glampers will have access to free WiFi access at the main lodge, as well as in all of the property's accommodations. Satellite television is also available at the lodge and the round house accommodation, but not the cabins. Reliable cell phone service can be expected, but varies by individual location and carrier.
The main lodge, with its screen doors, wooden porches and inviting rocking chairs, is a welcoming sight to visitors and guests. All guests are welcome to use the lodge during their stay. A 2,000-square-foot, two-room structure with central air and heat, the lodge provides ample meeting space for families or groups.
In addition to its main gathering area, the lodge offers satellite TV (as mentioned above), a DVD player, books, games, and magazines, as well as serves as an information post with literature regarding area attractions. A second room in the lodge offers 800 square feet of meeting/general purpose space. A full kitchen can also be found in the lodge and may be used by groups wishing to self-cater.
Outside, the lodge features expansive porches. Furnished with rocking chairs and picnic tables, the porches and the patios below them are ideal for kicking back with a good book, watching birds and wildlife at the nearby feeders and fountains, or just enjoying a good conversation below the shade of old-growth oak trees. The sunsets and stargazing are incredible too. A swimming pool is available for use in the warmer seasons, and consideration for privacy and space has been provided for all guests staying here. The pool is open from May to September.
