This property is set on top of a hill, about 4 miles north of Fredericksburg. The hill leading up to the home is a bit rocky; it is probably best if smaller cars do not try to go up, however, it can be done.
Guests are welcome to walk around and enjoy the beautiful 6 acres this property has to offer, however please keep in mind it is a rural location, which is subject to wildlife such as snakes, scorpions, mice, etc.
