The upstairs loft has a queen-size bed, a comfy chair, and large windows overlooking the lake. From this room, guests can step out onto the balcony and take in the beautiful views. Downstairs, there is a window seat which transforms into a bed for an extra guest. The bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Outside, guests need only take a few steps before they reach the shores of Lake Graham. From this spot, guests can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises from around the house, and enjoy walking or boating from the long jetty leading into the lake. There are a number of chairs under a nearby tree to truly relax and unwind in, and beautiful views from various parts of the house.
