This soothing cottage is located near Kerrville and Fredericksburg, Texas, and boasts exquisite pond and Hill Country views. Up to 12 glampers can stay in this cottage that has six bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms. All of the bedrooms offer guests a queen-size bed, except for the sixth bedroom that features a daybed (two singles). The master bedroom features a large flat-screen television, a couch, tall ceilings, and a whimsical chandelier. The master bath includes two sinks, a large soaking tub, and a huge tiled shower. The second bathroom includes a combination bath and shower, a sink, and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided for guests.

The main living is definitely a highlight of this cottage, boasting tall ceilings, a fireplace, and an open floor plan. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all located close by, and can easily accommodate all 12 guests. The living room includes multiple comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television, access to the deck outside, a piano, and an elegant chandelier. The pair of arched doorways will lead glampers into the kitchen and dining area that also includes a fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes bar seating at the spacious island, a stove, double ovens, a dishwasher, a sink, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a generously sized refrigerator.

The charming front porch directs guests right up to the bright red door, and through the back of the home is where glampers can find a spacious outdoor deck. The back deck includes a gas BBQ grill and an ornate metal table and chairs set. The deck has a lovely view of endless trees, ensuring great privacy and tranquility.

This unique property is full of many outdoor attractions such as our donkeys that the children will love to visit, a pond that's perfect for fishing, and a pool that can accommodate those of all ages. Canoes are provided for guests so that they may explore the nearby Guadalupe River. If the weather gets bad, there's complimentary Wi-Fi and a large DVD library in the office, so guests can keep busy while inside. There's also a large game room with a ping-pong table and extra seating for groups to gather and chat.

The outdoor pavilion is a great spot to get together with friends and family after the sun has set to watch the deer that roam peacefully on the property. With an undisturbed view of the night sky, glampers can take in their surroundings. The basketball court is adjacent to the pavilion, which is great for when the kids want their fun while the adults gather to chat.

This property also has its own music venue/bar, The Lazy Days Canteen, with music every Friday and Saturday night during the peak season. Major concerts scheduled four or five times a year can be seen on the Lazy Days website.

This glamping site is located in Ingram, Texas, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Texas Hill Country is a picturesque region nestled in the middle of Texas, full of peaceful hills and valleys. The Guadalupe River runs right alongside this property, along with many walking trails that are also dispersed throughout. This region is known for its 500-foot tall hills, a rugged landscape made up of limestone and granite, and for being the beginning of the American Southwest region. For glampers looking to explore, San Antonio can be reached in about an hour.

This glamping site has a great location due to many charming towns and breathtaking sites to see out in nature nearby. The town of Fredericksburg is well known for its wineries and museums and is a little over 30 miles away. Guests should definitely stop at the Pioneer Museum that features settlers' homesteads and artifacts. The National Museum of the Pacific War is not too far from there and includes many WWII exhibits, even a recreated combat zone. The Fredericksburg Winery is a relaxing place to spend the afternoon tasting wines under the sunshine exposed from the parting of the grape leaves. The ranch has it's own music venue/bar Lazy Days Canteen.

Glampers better have their camera ready when they visit the Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, a massive pink granite dome that towers above central Texas. This site has been attracting viewers for hundreds of years, and today glampers can come to partake in over 11 miles of hiking trails, camping, rock climbing, picnicking, bird watching, and stargazing.

If glampers are staying with a large group and looking for something to do, some true crowd-pleasers are Sea World of Texas and Six Flags Fiesta in Texas, both only about an hour away. Or, if guests decide to take a day trip to San Antonio, the Alamo is a great place to visit to learn all about the battle, pick up a few souvenirs, and see the 300-year-old former fortress that has free admissions for families.

The San Antonio River Walk is a must-see, as it is an iconic and eclectic area made up of many landscaped and colorful walkways and bridges all alongside the San Antonio River. These walkways boast many great restaurants, bars, and shops. With plenty of brightly colored umbrellas, ornate street lamps, and Christmas lights during the holidays, this area will surely create great memories.

Off-peak bookings require a two-night minimum stay, while holidays and peak season require a three- or four-night stay. Peak season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Neither pets nor smoking are allowed. All-terrain vehicles and RVs are also not permitted.

The cancellation policy varies depending on an individual or group booking. Groups must cancel 60 days prior to the day of check-in and individuals must cancel 30 days before the check-in date.

For those interested in a daily housekeeping service, there is a minimum additional charge of $50, depending on cabin size and guests' requests. Only the basic cleaning upon check-out is included in the booking.

At check-out, guests are required to leave the cabin as clean and orderly as possible. They must wash their dishes and throw their trash away in the dumpster outside, as well as any dirty towels should be left in the hamper by the door.
