Stillhouse Hollow Lake and Lampasas River are only 10 miles away and the lovely Dana Peak Park graces the shoreline with plenty of opportunity for outdoor recreation. About half an hour away, the winding Belton Lake is home to a number of flourishing lakeside parks and wildlife management areas. The Lions Club Aquatics Park is less than 15 minutes away for hours of family fun. The bustling city of Austin is an hour out the door and guests can be in San Antonio in two hours.

At Dana Peak Park, 25 minutes away, guests can go hiking, biking, and horseback riding through the scenic trails. Alongside the park, Stillhouse Hollow Lake is ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Guests of all ages can enjoy an afternoon at The Lions Club Aquatics Park. Golf enthusiasts can pay a visit to Stonetree Golf Club or play a friendly round of mini golf nearby.
