We have one of the best family-friendly, perfect tubing & kayaking spots on the San Marcos River! Swim, fish, play beach volleyball, play horseshoes or corn-hole, cookout or relax under the shade of the pecan trees in one of the many hammocks on site. Sit ‘round the campfire at night and gaze at the big, bright, Texas starry sky! We are surrounded by large ranches which make for a great outdoor getaway from it all experience! Guests from all over the state come to enjoy the spring-fed, blue water of the San Marcos River that has a consistently good flow, great fishing & is perfect for tubing & kayaking!
