The dome has two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds with high-quality mattresses and heated blankets, which can comfortably sleep 2 couples. High-speed internet is available. There are two mini-split AC/heating systems, portable space heaters, and a washer/dryer in the pump house possible to use on request. The upstairs loft is accessible via a spiral staircase. There you can find a queen bed with a high-quality mattress and an adjacent seating/lounging area with rugs, seats, and bean bags. The dome has a skylight with a remote-operated cover and solar fans for ventilation.
For your comfort and convenience, the dome features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils. There's also one full bathroom with a standing shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet. Toiletry, cleaning items, and towels will be provided. Apart from this, an attached toilet is available in the larger bedroom. The living room comes with a curved sofa, rocking chair, office desk, chair, and an internet-ready flat-screen smart TV (you can connect to your streaming accounts).
For your entertainment, we have lots of board games (chess, Monopoly, etc.), an outdoor ping-pong table, and a BOSE Bluetooth speaker. Outdoors, there are hammocks, a firepit with a Solo Stove, rocking chairs, metal benches all around the yard, a cowboy pool, and an observation deck as well as blankets.
Note: The exterior of the dome is made of a special material that can be delicate - please be mindful.

* Vehicles are not allowed inside the fence, please park outside the gate in the designated area for parking
* No pets or animals allowed anywhere on the property. Any pets or animals noticed on the property will incur a fee of $500 and reservation will be immediately terminated.
* Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or any other recreational drugs not allowed anywhere on the property.
* All guests need to be at least 21 years old (no more than 6 guests). We'll need the full legal names and ages of each guest prior to the stay.
* No additional guests or visitors allowed on the property for any amount of time. If additional guests are noticed, a fee of $500 for each additional guest will be charged and the reservation will be immediately terminated.
* No events, parties, commercial photography or filming allowed anywhere on the property.
* This is a NO TRASH property. Anything you bring with you should go back with you.
* We ask that any shoes or footwear be removed while indoors / inside the dome at all times.
* Water supply comes from the well - use at your own risk.
* The sewer system connects to a septic tank - do not throw any items in the toilet except the provided toilet paper when you use the toilet.
* Stay within the fenced area and keep the gates closed at all times. Do not approach any animals and do not let any animals within the fence. Beware of your surroundings, you are responsible for your own safety.
* Hunting is prohibited on the property or anywhere within the ranch. No weapons or firearms are allowed on the property.
* Exercise extreme caution while using the firepit or the outdoor grill. Check for any Burnet County burn bans that might be in effect.
* Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
* High-speed broadband internet / wifi is provided only as a convenience, no warranties are implied as to it's availability, performance or speed.
* There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily cleaning service is not included.
* This is a place for peace and quiet. Please be considerate of neighboring ranchers and wildlife.
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries of any nature that might occur from the use of the hot-tub/cowboy pool. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or any amenities provided.
