You're in the heart of the Texas Hill Country at Paradise Manor. You MUST adhere to the 20 MPH speed limit while driving to and from the house. There are blind turns, steep dips and elevations. A sedan can make it to the house but an SUV, jeep or truck is the best vehicle for this terrain.
