This newly constructed luxurious 4 bedroom /3 bath home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra amenities. Granite countertops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances, and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. This house does NOT have WIFI or wireless internet. If you need access to WIFI you will have to set up a personal hot spot.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. There is a private porch off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the cliffs. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located by the guest’s bedroom. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom. It has 2 twins and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath in the downstairs room. There is a charcoal grill.
There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Cap's Crossing. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float House provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. You may even spot goats at breathtaking heights in the mornings. A large carport is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed.
