This charming vacation rental, with easy access to the Guadalupe River, is located in New Braunfels, Texas, and can accommodate two guests. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan to keep guests cool, a gorgeous wooden dresser, and a cozy armchair tucked in the corner. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a tub/shower combo. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.
The living area has a large comfortable sofa, a table, and a flat-screen TV. The sofa can be folded out into a full bed should guests require additional sleeping space. The property sits on 50 acres of gorgeous Texas countryside with easy access to the Guadalupe River at Lake Dunlap via a 60-foot wide dock. Additionally, guests will have access to a shared children's playground and a fabulous hot tub.

An excellent place to do some shopping is the Tanger Outlet Mall, located about 15 minutes from New Braunfels. The shopping mall chain features a variety of name brand and designer outlet stores. Schlitterbahn, a family-friendly water park with 51 attractions and over 70 acres of watery fun, is within driving distance of the property as well. The Natural Bridge Caverns are a must-see for guests who enjoy natural wonders. The majestic caverns get their name from the 60-foot natural limestone slab bridge that spans the amphitheater setting of the cavern's entrance. Animal lovers should be sure to stop by the Natural Bridge Wildlife area where they can meander through 450 acres of rolling hills and creek beds, magnificent live oak trees, and over 500 animals from 40 exotic, native, and endangered animal species worldwide.
