After two guests, extra guests can be accommodated for a fee of $60.
Smoking is not permitted.
Well trained dogs are welcome if guests have proof of up to date vaccinations and if kept on a leash when outdoors. There is a pet fee of $20 per night per dog. Cats are not welcome. Upon arrival, if the dog/dogs have not been approved and paid for prior to arrival guests will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given.
Teenagers and children are most welcome but must be under constant supervision. Children under the age of two can stay for free. Children between two and 12 cost $40.00 per night and children aged 12 and over are classed as adults.
There is a one-night minimum during off season and a two-night minimum stay during peak season, which is from mid-September to the first week in October and from mid-March to the first week in April.
