Rental agreement
1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only in the community area. No candles allowed in any unit.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight on the property. Any other

persons on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. The Homeowner has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of two (2). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the kitchenette, shower and hot tub.

3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended

uses.

5. We do not allow children.

6. The use of the high-speed broadband internet connection is subject to the terms and conditions

set forth by Rise Broadband. The Homeowners are not responsible for service interrupted due to weather or technical difficulties.

7. One guest vehicle is allowed in the parking area.

8. Small dogs under 30 lbs are allowed with additional fee. Pets may not be left alone and should be on a leash when outside of the tent area.

9. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit,

daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Extra towels may be requested.

10. Hot Tub Rules:

When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

Your personal hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled and chemicals replenished in tub

Prior to your arrival: therefore, it may not be warm until later in the evening.

The large hot tub in the community area is cleaned, serviced and chemicals replenished

weekly.

No glass in the hot tubs.

Do not stand or sit on the hot tub covers. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and

Are not designed to support a person or person’s weights. They will break and you may

be charged for replacement.

Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so hot water will stay warm.

In order to keep the water in the hot tub as clean as possible during your stay, always

shower before getting in the tub and wash off any lotions or oils.

The property is on well water. The mineral content in the water is high so you may notice a little sediment in the hot tub.
