There is one bathroom on the houseboat, containing a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. All linens, bedding, and towels are provided for guests' comfort and convenience.
The first floor of this duplex rental contains a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, in addition to a comfortable living area with gorgeous dock views. There is a SmartTV in the living room, creating a welcoming space for glampers to relax after an exciting day exploring Orange Park, Florida. There is also a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy a second floor deck complete with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue. This is the ideal space for guests to sit on warm evenings and enjoy the fresh air. The dock has a bar and communal fire-pit space for guests to enjoy during their vacation.
