The upstairs bedroom is large and airy, opening to a private deck, with plantation shutters adding to the coastal charm. Two other bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two full-size bunk beds—offer plenty of space for guests.
Located directly on the bay, this cottage is thoughtfully designed for the ultimate beach house experience with maximum convenience. It is only a two to three-minute walk to the beach. The private dock is perfect for docking a boat, fishing, netting shrimp, or enjoying spectacular sunrises while watching dolphins, manatees, and shore birds. The large screened porch offers dramatic bay views, comfortable rocking chairs, and a hammock for shaded relaxation. Downstairs, you’ll find an outdoor shower, full deck, and outdoor kitchen—ideal for gatherings or a sunset dinner by the water.
Inside, the home is crisp and comfortable, with a spacious modern kitchen that flows into the living area with inviting seating and lovely views of island foliage and the bay. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and private deck, the second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with two doubles. This home sleeps six to eight guests comfortably. Rates are based on six guests, with an additional charge for more than eight.
