We supply everything from beds to sleeping bags. Cozy mattresses, pillows, blankets, like no other camping night yet! And of course beanbags and couches for you to lounge, sit back and relax, and get ready for the rest of your adventure filled stay.

CLEANING
Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there's any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you.

PEST CONTROL
Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don't worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.

MAINTENANCE
All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and pool equipment will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged or the pool heater could stop working. Unfortunately, we can't foresee these incidents but we can fix them!

In the middle of all things nature- birds chirping in the morning, fireflies at night, and all the scenic serenity of trees blowing in the wind all day, you’ll see that this property has everything to offer! From quiet time with a nice book, catching up on your tan on the patio, or numerous walking trails to explore around, kayaking in our lake, fishing, and of course at the end of a long fun packed day- grilling! With our private propane grill, ideal for any camping trip!

Of course after spending all day outside you have our lavish tent waiting to keep you comfortable and at ease day and night! Our tent is made with the highest form of resilient canvas material. Rain or shine, winds and snow, it can handle it all! Once you are in the tent you forget the rest of the world outside.

*Please note that while we provide hand soap at the property, we advise our guests to bring their own toiletries (Shampoo, body soap, toothpaste etc.) as these will not be provided to the guests.*

*A non-refundable Pet Fee of $50 per pet will be charged +$50 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets.
######## ADDITIONAL RULES ########
Welcome to our home and we're glad to have you here! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we have a few rules that we kindly request you follow:

PETS:

➼ Your furry friends are welcome to join you on your stay, however, we kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and bedding as it can be difficult to remove pet hair. If this rule is not followed, we may request payment for replacement or professional cleaning. We do charge a one time pet fee of $150 and $50 per additional pet.

SMOKING:

➼ We have a strict non-smoking policy, both inside and outside of our home. If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so at a safe distance from our furniture. In the event of a violation, a minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation.

TRASH:

➼ We kindly ask that you keep the trash can's lids closed at all times. You are welcome to fill up the cans as long as the lid can be closed, but any excess trash will need to be taken with you. If you need us to take it out for you, we can do so for an extra charge of $75.

GUESTS:

➼ We would like to remind you that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay. We also are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you agree that you are assuming all risks for any harm that may arise during your stay.

➼ Should any damages occur during your stay, such as stained towels, linens, or furniture, you may be charged for repairs or replacements. We also kindly ask that you avoid using towels to remove makeup as it can cause irremovable stains.

➼ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. This includes feminine products. If any plumbing issues arise from flushing prohibited items, you may be charged for repairs.

➼SWIMMING IN THE LAKE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

Finally, we kindly ask that you leave the house in a clean and tidy state. This includes:

➼Placing all trash in the trash cans and removing any bags or boxes from the bedroom and perishables.


★We require all guests to send us a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. This is to ensure the safety and security of our property and all guests staying with us. Please send us a clear photo or scan of your ID via the Airbnb message thread. We will be sending you check-in details and instructions as soon as we receive a copy of your photo ID. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation★

Please note that any events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. In addition, our homeowners' association may contact the police if there are any disruptions to neighbors or illegal activities.
