THE BACKYARD

Our waterside backyard was designed for outdoor entertaining, romantic couple's getaways, and starry nights. The outdoor kitchen features a large stainless steel propane gas grill and mini fridge. There's grilling utensils and enough space to chop, prep and prepare meals at the granite counter top. The dining table seats up to six comfortably, and an umbrella is available for more shade. Complimentary firewood sourced from right on the property!

THE COCKTAIL POOL
Just in time for summer, we've converted our oversized hot tub into a cocktail pool! Our cocktail/plunge pool is perfect for slipping & dipping. It's the perfect way to beat the summer heat. It's designed for insta-worthy pics and enjoying a cocktail, mocktail, or chilled infused water while lounging. It's really nice for low-impact water exercise but not ideal for doing laps or playing Marco Polo. Available April - July.

THE HOT TUB
Our traditional hot tub with upto 104-degree water temperatures returns during cold Georgia fall and winter. (**August-February when the weather is colder. **)

Although our location feels "off the grid," you'll still be within a short 10-minute drive to all the action, attractions, and mouth-watering restaurants the charming Bavarian town of Alpine Helen, Georgia has to offer.

For wine lovers, you’ll be happy to know that we’re on the Georgia Wine Highway. That’s right, you’ll be in North Georgia Wine Country just minutes from the best vineyard tours and wine tastings.

When you’re done hiking at one of the many state parks close by, water sports await. Head over to the pristine gorgeous blue waters of Lakes Burton, Seed, and Rabun for a variety of boating, jet skiing, and sailing activities, all within a quick 20-minute drive from the cabin.

When you stay at this cabin it does feel like you're a world's away in far off remote location, but in reality, you're close to it all. Even Starbucks is 15 minutes away!

TRANSIT
Check the Lyft and Uber for pickup times. Public transportation is not available. Once at the a-frame cedar log cabin, you'll find ample parking for up to 4 large SUVs/Trucks , sedans/mini-vans.

GETTING TO THE CABIN
You will need to drive through the babbling brook to enter the subdivison. We suggest driving and SUV, Minivan or Truck.

You'll be within a short 8-mile drive from all the appetizing restaurants, action, attractions, and outdoor adventure that the quaint Bavarian town of Helen, Georgia has to offer. Boating activities on the pristine blue waters of Lakes Burton & Rabun are within 20 minutes.

Beyond the ability to work remotely from the woods, our waterfront cedar log cabin is just the place to celebrate life's special moments; milestone birthday getaways, mother-daughter retreats, father-son weekends, friends hiking trips, and family summer vacations and holiday celebrations.

The Primary Guest who is booking the cabin must be at least 30 years old.

A signed rental agreement is required 5 days prior to check-in. If booked within 24 hours before stay rental agreement is due by 5pm day before stay.

$500 Refundable Security Deposit due 48 hours prior to check-in.
