This tiny house is located in Flagstaff, Arizona, and can accommodate 4 guests. The studio-style layout of the tiny house means it does not have a separate bedroom. There is an adjustable electric double bed and there are two additional twin self-inflating air beds. There is a full bathroom that comes with a shower and a toilet, and linens and towels are provided.
The rest of the house is outfitted with a fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a stove top, an oven, and a refrigerator. Other amenities include AC and electric heat as well as a wood stove. Outside, there is a Finnish four-person barrel sauna, horseshoe pitch, two mountain bikes, a charcoal grill, lantern, and firewood—the perfect vacation rental with access to the Coconino National Forest.
There is no telephone, cable/satellite, or internet service. The cabin does have cellular and 5G data reception, a 32-inch LED HDTV, a Blu-ray DVD player, board games, books, and local travel magazines.
The hosts use a professional cleaning service to prepare the cabin prior to arrival implementing CDC enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols. They are committed to a Living Wage Pledge and a portion of the homestay fee helps support Flagstaff Family Food Center, Food Bank and Kitchen as well as the Open Homes program.
There is also ample parking for a large RV or trailer.

Guests can check in anytime after 4 p.m., as there is self-check-in with a keypad lock.
House-trained dogs are permitted, but pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Cats are not allowed. Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabin, and guests should be that there is a strict dog barking ordinance. Guests must pick up after their dogs outside and dispose of waste appropriately in the outdoor garbage. Additionally, dogs must always be on a leash when outside.
Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 7 am.
Please note that the cabin is immersed in the Coconino National Forest, so guests must follow the park’s rules, which include no barbecues, fire pits, fireworks, outdoor candles, or wood stoves can be used between the months of April to September. The rest of the year, guests must also observe these rules when there are Red Flag Warnings, which will be posted on the main roads when in effect.

Shoppers will also enjoy driving to the beautiful city of Sedona, just 45 minutes away, with a handful of spas, shops, and restaurants nestled against the naturally stunning backdrop. Sporty guests will enjoy mountain biking on the trails with the bikes provided at the property.
