THIS IS AN OFF-GRID sustainable tiny house which allows you to experience living off the grid with limited resources, but don’t worry…you will have power from a battery and the sun! ☀️ Our BLUETTI system will run the basics & the battery can be topped off in 30 mins with the onsite propane generator if needed.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert and hike the Palo Verde Mountains and see amazing saguaros!
Only 7 miles to everything! Harrahs Akchin Casino and recreation complex & the City of Maricopa. Skydiving, Box Canyon Shooting Range, Horseback Rising, AkChin Southern Dunes Golf, The Duke Golf, Movie Theater, Bowling and Restaurants all just a few miles away!
This is a completely OFF GRID glamping experience where conservation of water 💧and power ☀️is essential. But don’t mistake that for comfort! This Tiny House has 2 lofts with Lindspa Queen Mattress in each (must be able to climb a ladder to reach loft), a twin on the Lower Level, Coffee Maker, 55”TV, 2 electric blankets, Surround Sound Bluetooth Audio System, Mini Fridge, cooler, Bathroom with bucket sink & the well known Separette Urine Diverting compost toilet that does not stink! Small Propane Grill & Fire pit (Propane provided) MUST use Propane Fire Pit [WOOD CAMPFIRES PROHIBITED]
You can even have a hot shower! [Limited Water Supply]
Everything is ready when you arrive so you can get right to the s’mores! Propane grilling station, 5 camp chairs, outdoor table, lanterns. Have an RV? No problem, you can bring that too! Plenty of places to Park and there is a 30A, 3600W WEN dual powered quiet generator available on request as a back up power source.
