What a great location only .5 mile from Incline Beach. This budget-friendly 3 bedroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The upstairs living area has a tile kitchen and fireplace for warmth and ambiance. There is an additional fireplace in the master bedroom. There is a full kitchen and a BBQ on the deck for grilling, or take a vacation from cooking and walk to the nearby restaurants and market. Only a couple of miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the golf courses in Incline.
Unfortunately, the private beaches are only open for home owners and full time residents. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
