This gorgeous pop-up glamping tent allows guests to choose their own destination anywhere in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada. Guests sleep on a queen-size bed in their luxury bell tent. There is also the option to include two extra twin beds or one extra queen bed, with the queen-size bed option costing an additional $20 fee/night. Two sleeping bags are provided for the included two guests, although additional guests are welcome to bring their own sleeping bags at no additional cost. The maximum occupancy is six-eight guests.
Other amenities of this luxury tent include linens, pillows, a carpet/rug, a battery-powered lantern (rechargeable batteries included; they are not to be thrown away!), solar light, storage chest, a small table, a tent lock and key, and other decorations and adornments.
There is also an entertainment basket with books, cards, and other items, as well as an emergency blanket, a lighter, a camp ax, and garbage bags. Additionally, there is a large cooler bag or box with a mini pot and pan, a bottle and can opener, a wine opener, a lighter, dining utensils, plates, cups, a cutting knife, and barbecue utensils.

The hosts suggest that guests bring along meals, snacks, ice, firewood, paper towels, wipes, rinsing water (unless there is some on-site), beverages, sunscreen, a hat, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, a battery pack, and other related and personal items. There are a barbecue and a shared bathroom facility at the campsite.

The host is not responsible for the reservation of the location of where the tent is to be pitched—event space or campsite must be reserved and paid for by the guest.
Check-ins/outs are not allowed to be after sunset as the set-up and take-down of the tents take about one to two hours. Flexible check-in/out time is based on availability.
For stays of six nights or more, the daily rate lowers. There is a $1,500 security deposit hold on credit card of guests' choice.
As this is a pop-up glamping service and there is a certain amount of manual labor required to set it up and take it down, gratuity is appreciated, though not required.
When choosing a location, guests should confirm the pet policy at the reserved site. If pets are allowed at the location, the hosts will allow pets. However, pets are not allowed on the furniture or rugs. A $60 pet fee will be charged for the cleaning of the tent and carpet if there is any evidence (odor and/or hair) of a pet. Some guests may be sensitive/allergic to pet hairs, and the hosts want to make sure everyone receives a clean accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed inside the tent. Guests are asked to not litter and to dispose of one's mess responsibly.
