This property sits on 1,500 private acres, stretching from easy Interstate I-25 access all the way to the top of the historic Old Raton Pass Highway.

The home is a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath mountain farmhouse, featuring one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, Smart TV, and internet access (Wi-Fi and cell service availability may vary depending on your carrier).

The property offers mind-blowing views across three states and incredible opportunities to explore the high desert landscape. Guests can enjoy hiking among Native American ruins, fossils, unique rock formations, native plants, and minerals. Discover riverbeds, ponds, mini canyons, ravines, meadows, bird caves, and countless hidden corners waiting to be explored.

Wildlife is abundant throughout the ranch, so keep your camera ready. You may spot:

The ranch is located just minutes from downtown Raton and Sugarite State Park, where you'll find three lakes, camping, hiking, fishing, and spectacular scenery. Explore the preserved foundations and trails of the historic Sugarite mining town. Sugarite also borders Colorado, providing access to additional lakes and hiking opportunities.
