This yurt rental, which boasts access to world-class ski terrain, is located near Cumbres Pass in southern Colorado and can accommodate up to six guests. The yurt is handmade and has been specifically built to withstand the challenges of winter in the mountains, so guests can truly be at ease. Guests can relax in two bunk beds with two mattresses, which can be put on the floor if desired. Six pillows and pillowcases are kindly provided by the host.
There is a three-burner propane stove as well as a variety of cooking utensils, seasonings, and dishware for guests to cook hot meals after a long day on the trail. Two large pots are provided for guests to collect snow that will be melted for drinking water, dishwashing, and cooking.
Glampers can read a book by the light of their two propane lanterns with disposable propane casters or stay warm and cozy by the wood fireplace with firewood provided. There is a picturesque glass window perfect for gazing out at the surrounding snowy mountains from one of the fabulous throw rugs. An outdoor toilet is available for guest use and toilet paper is provided.
Outside, there is a table and bench where guests can enjoy meals or play one of the fun boardgames provided by the host. Guests will have access to accessories like a snow shovel and broom to help manage the snow outside and stay tidy and comfortable inside.

Winter reservations begin on August 1 at 8 a.m., and summer reservations begin on March 1 at 8 a.m. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Glampers should note that the yurts require guests to hike or ski/snowshoe to reach them.
