Luxury camping in Táchira: Glamping in Venezuela

A state in the western parts of Venezuela, Táchira is home a portion of the Andes Mountains, and an agricultural scene focused mainly on coffee, cotton, cereal, and corn production. Those visiting the region have a number of attractions worth visiting, including Táchira’s capital, San Cristobal. The city hosts historical landmarks—Iglesia de San Jose and its gothic architecture, the Museo del Táchira and its archeological exhibits. There are many other cool towns and cities in the region, including Capacho Viejo, home to a zoo, and a number of faunas. There’s also La Grita, a town in the northwest parts of the region. Located in an Andean valley, the town is a good stopping point for those looking to hike the Andes Mountains.
