The Space:
Set 350 meters above sea level. At Montara Wines and only a short walk to the lovely mud brick cellar door, you can enjoy a glass of wine, fresh Neapolitan Pizza and take in the breathtaking views of the Hopkins River Valley, Mount Langhi Ghiran and the rolling foothills to the Grampians.

A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including our cellar door, which is accessible during open hours. Except for the wine factory on the vineyard grounds, which is restricted to approved personnel only.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

Other Things to Note:
- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay.
- Guests should refer to the "Safety Handbook" for all applicable safety procedures and protocols when staying at the property.
