Other amenities include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and all cookware, glassware, plates, and utensils. There is also brochures and guides in the cottage for guests to plan their day.
Outside, there is a spacious patio terrace with large wood dining table with eight cushioned chairs, a gas barbecue grill, and numerous scattered potted plants. In front of the cottage are a firepit and two folding chairs for sitting around at night. There is also parking on premises.
Each bathroom offers a hairdryer, and all linens and towels are provided. For safety precautions, there is a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen. This farm stay is a place to relax and unplug, however, guests should be fully aware that this is a remote property and there's no cell service in the Jalbarragup area. On the lands, there are several firepits and chairs scattered about for guests to take a picnic or morning coffee. There is an outdoor spa available on premises for guests to unwind and relax.
