2. No smoking allowed indoors or outdoors.
3. If you are planning to use the fireplace, be aware there will be an extra charge for the firewood.
4. The guest shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Please be gentle with the animals, if you want to hold and pet them, let me know and i can introduce you to them.
6.The property uses a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time
7. Reasonable noise level outside. After 10 pm, the noise should be minimal.
8.The bath towels are not beach towels! If you are going to the beach, please make sure you bring your own towels. If you didn't bring any, let me know and I can provide you some.
9. Small and medium dogs( no cats, sorry) are welcome. One dog only, our place is small. When you come with your furry friend, please keep him on a leash all the time. We have a cat and a dog and other animals and they may get really stressed out of the unexpected visit.
Please walk your dog on the street, not in the garden.
Last, please clean up after your dog and if your dog sheds excessively, please vacuum after him.
