A fully-furnished and remodeled 2000 Coachman 30' Travel Trailer with two slide-outs. Sits on a .2 acre private lot in a residential subdivision, near Elbow & Skidway Lakes. The wooded lot features a fenced yard, firepit with chairs, hammock, deck with table & chairs, BBQ and play area. Also has a private driveway, capable of holding 2 vehicles or a vehicle with a trailer (boat or ATV). Electricity, internet/streaming services included. The interior features a queen bed and separate entry door in the private bedroom, a couch and dinette that fold out into full-sized beds. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, 3 burner stovetop and oven (propane), microwave, full pot & individual coffee makers, air fryer, toaster oven & fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans. The pantry contains dry/canned goods. The linen closet is stocked with necessary items. There is a bathroom, with toilet, sink and tub/shower combination. Just bring yourself and your perishable foods and you'll be all set!!
The surrounding area is filled with river and lake kayaking & boating options, including fishing. There are also hundreds of miles of ATV Trails within a 15 minute drive. Bird watching is a must here, featuring 5 varieties of woodpeckers, including the elusive Pileated woodpecker and the Northern Flicker.
