The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a baby crib, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, four twin beds, and a child bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed, a child bed, and a baby crib. Guests can also find a queen-size bed and a sofa in the recreation room, as well as a king-size bed, a child bed, a baby crib, and a sofa in the main room. Multiple sets of sheets and comforters are provided, and there are additional rollaway beds for extra sleeping.

In each of the three bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub. Home and beach towels are provided. Toiletries are not provided but can be bought from any of the stores nearby.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with dishes and cooking utensils, a blender, a coffeemaker, a refrigerator, a grill, an ice maker, an oven, a microwave, and a toaster. Other amenities include a computer, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, CD and DVD players, a radio, cable TV, and books.

Outside, there is a balcony, a patio with an outdoor grill and a hot tub, and beach access. Guests will find all the beach essentials, from beach chairs, binoculars, bicycles, and an inflatable boat, to a sandbox, coolers, and patio furniture all on-site.
