Late Check-Out Policy:
Please note that the standard check-out time is 11 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied.

Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, which is subject to availability. We will review the request and let you know whether it is approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

-Parking Policy:
Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space!
