Wood and stone cabin with spacious porches. Lake nearby. Set in a rustic pastoral paradise that makes up Big East Fork, a 2000-acre Conservation Easement 19 miles from Nashville and 6 mi from Franklin and Leipers Fork. Beautiful view of the working organic farm next door and a pond out front. farm has sweet animals for petting. The common grounds hold a Horseshoe Pit, Shuffle Board, and Bocci ball. Parties and Events NOT permitted via AirBnB. Additional $40/night fee for more than four guests.

SPACE
The elegant master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The first floor contains two private bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a loft bedroom that holds twin & double beds. Outside there is a beautiful porch overlooks the gorgeous pond and yard.

ACCESS
Guests may access the entire house except for attic and basement spaces. A ramp allows wheelchair entry to first floor. Three full bathrooms on first floor.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The best thing about the Neighborhood is that there are no neighbors! Its a rural paradise that's a short walk from a 6-acre lake and the many hiking trails of the Lake Gratitude Natural Area.

TRANSIT
The House is located 19 miles from Midtown Nashville (Hwy 440) and 23 miles from HonkyTonk Central if you use Hwy 100. Taking McCrory Road to I-40 has less stop lights, but is a longer route. Picturesque and historic Downtown Franklin is 8 miles away. Uber operates here; but a personal or rental car is highly recommended.

ADDITIONAL RULES
GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID must be shown or sent to the owner or designee prior to check-in. Check-in will be performed by the person making the reservation. If this person is not the first to arrive, contact the owner prior to check-in to discuss alternate arrangements. A roster of all persons and vehicles must be presented before arrival.

***ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS REGISTERED MAY BE ON PREMISES***. Exceptions only with documented permission of owner. NOTE: $100/night penalty for each extra guest (including children) without documented permission of owner. Unregistered guests on the property without owner’s permission are TRESPASSING and may be prosecuted, so please do not invite them on premises without documented permission. Undocumented guests violate the house rules, requiring you cancel your reservation and leave the premises immediately.

All cars on premises require parking passes. Please submit vehicle information before you arrive.

PARTIES AND EVENTS: Additional fees and a guest list (including any vendors) are required BEFORE non-lodging guests may be invited on premises. Larger events require a security deposit and paid attendant who will help prepare seating, arrange furniture, and assist with compliance. All parties must end by 1am

External surveillance monitor(s) help safeguard our guests and compliance with our house rules.

GUEST MUST KEEP HOUSE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. Extra cleaning made necessary by failure of guest to clean up after occupancy will be charged to the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning grills and ovens if they are made greasy/dirty. Extra cleaning or labor needed to return furniture/carpeting to their original position will be charged to you.

TRASH. Please don’t dump on us! There is no trash collection in Big East Fork Valley. Someone has to remove the trash and take it to the dump or to town. If you do this yourself, your entire Community Fee Trash Deposit will be returned to you. If you leave any un-bagged trash, trash cans, or grounds you will forfeit your Community Trash Deposit Fee. So only place properly bagged garbage in garbage bins. Don’t place trash bags outside of bins making trash accessible to hungry critters.

Use of confetti, candles, fireplace and outside fire pits, or moving of furniture are strictly prohibited without written permission of owner. No underage drinking of alcohol. Parties allowed only with documented permission of owner.

Your stay at the Lodging does not include access to grounds of the Center for Sustainable Stewardship (CSS) or permission to hike its private trail system or use its bicycles, or watercraft. Contact cssfamily dott org for access.

You agree to LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DOES NOT WORK as it should. We can’t fix it if we don’t know it’s broken. A list of inventoried kitchen items is displayed on a kitchen cabinet.
