Decorated in vintage antiques and themes from 1967 ri 1978. Four bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom ranch house situated in a lovely valley. Several hiking trails lead through meadow to Timberlands Park, a lovely pond, and Big East Fork Creek. Bike (rentals available) upstream to Big East Fork.

Big East Fork Farms is located 30 minutes from Nashville and 10 minutes from Franklin TN and historic Leipers Fork. The house is located on a 2000 acre Land Conservation Easement adjacent to the Nachez Trace National Parkway.
A rural and natural paradise within close proximity to sushi and live music venues.

ACCESS
Non-smoking shared facilities include kitchen, living room and dining room, Bathroom with tub/shower and the great outdoors right outside your door.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The gorgeous Big East Fork Retreat with its six-acre lake, hiking trails, yoga house, and organic, locally sourced produce in located a short two miles upstream. Rent a bike and travel back and forth. Three miles to bicycle access to Natchez Trace Parkway. Six miles to Loveless Cafe.

TRANSIT
Nope. You can bring/rent your own vehicle, bike or take a taxi, or arrange for a Big East Fork Retreat Shuttle to pick you up at the airport.
Public transportation just ain't part of the local ecosystem.

You can borrow a bicycle once you are on-site or thumb or ride from one of our friendly neighbors. Farm residents are pretty friendly and go into town occasionally. If you have showered in the last week or so, it shouldn't be too hard to get a ride.

NOTES
Cell phone service is excellent, but there is no fiberoptic cable, A wifi hotspot (with unlimited data) is provided but is not suitable for downloading movies or large files.

ADDITIONAL RULES
All guests County (4%) taxes before arriving for check-in. Unfortunately, AirBNB does not collect our County taxes. To avoid delay in check in, taxes must be paid electronically before you arrive.

A government-issued photo ID must be shown or sent to the owner or designee prior to check-in. Check-in will be performed by the person making the reservation. If this person is not available or will arrive later, contact the owner prior to check-in to discuss alternate arrangements.

Only the number of guests registered may be on premises. Exceptions only with documented permission of owner (additional fee may be required for gatherings). Unregistered guests are trespassing and will be treated as such.

External surveillance monitor(s) help safeguard our guests and compliance with our house rules.

The guest is responsible for cleaning grills and ovens if they are made greasy/dirty. Excess trash or cleaning or not leaving furniture/carpets in their places may result in a portion of your security deposit being with-held. Don’t place trash outside of bins making it accessible to hungry critters. Use of confetti, candles, fireplace and outside fire pits are strictly prohibited without written permission of owner. No underage drinking of alcohol.

Your stay at the Lodging does not include access to the nearby Retreat or permission to hike its private trail system. Contact bigeastfork dott comm for day passes and event space rentals.
