Two of the five bedrooms each have a Super king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a Super king-size bed, the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed, and these three bedrooms share a full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, and for those interested, all of the Super king-size beds can be changed into king single beds if guests so desire.
Inside, this vacation rental also comes with an open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen area, in addition to a butler's pantry and a second living room—perfect for children to snag as their personal playroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, guests will find a microwave, a dishwasher, two ovens, a five-burner stove, and more. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, heating, and a washer and dryer. Outside, there is a large, covered veranda that comes with Balinese daybeds, beanbag chairs, a barbecue, and outdoor furniture for dining al fresco.

Guests must leave the accommodation as clean as it was found, including leaving all kitchen utensils clean and taking out the trash upon check-out. While there is a standard cleaning done upon check-out, additional charges will be applied if there are any issues or extra rubbish left. The same goes for any breakage or damage—if anything goes missing or repairs need to be done, guests will be financially responsible for the replacement or restoration.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the balconies. If this rule is broken, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. Additionally, guests are not permitted to have candles or open flames in the rooms or on the balconies.
