This unique off-grid cabin rental on the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, is delightfully secluded and only a short distance from Russell. It consists of four units that are linked by covered decks around a carport outdoor space. These provide a lovely and comfortable holiday glamping accommodation for a couple and up to two children or singles. Hot water is provided by a gas califont, and cooking is possible on the gas stove top or the gas barbecue. There is somewhat limited electricity as the cabin is supplied by solar panels and batteries.

This off-grid cabin complex is set on a private peninsula in the Waikare Inlet headwaters of the Bay of Islands. Guests will enjoy numerous nature walks, places for fishing, kayaking or even a secluded escape. Glampers who stay here will be able to go on boat tours and can embark on everything from skydiving to scuba diving. For nature sites, some must-sees include the Rainbow Falls and the Haruru Falls. The city of Russell provides plenty of shopping and dining opportunities.
