This rustic cottage is located on a substantial sheep and cattle farm 15 minutes outside of the village of Waitomo in the Waikato region and can accommodate up to five guests. The cottage is contained in one room and the separate bathroom is located merely steps away. There is a queen-size bed with two single-size mattresses in a loft above. In the separate bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
In the kitchen, guests will find two cook tops, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. Outside, there is a veranda to make the most of this unique setting.
The cottage has a rustic feel and breathtaking views of the landscape and the starry sky at night.

Guests will not want to miss the stunning Marokopa Falls, which is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in New Zealand. Lord of the Rings fans are only an hour and a half away from the Hobbiton movie set.
