This newly refurbished cabin, nestled in the foothills of the Southern Alps of Mount Hutt, New Zealand, is perfect for a glamping party looking to explore the natural beauty of New Zealand’s South Island. The rental features two bedrooms, making it great for a party of up to five guests. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second room features two twin-size beds. A cot is available upon request. The shared bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a shower stall, as well as floor heating.

In the living room, guests will find a comfortable seating area great for relaxing after a long day exploring the surrounding area, along with TV and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a toaster. There is also a dining table with seating for six in the kitchen.

Outside, guests will find beautiful gardens with manicured lawns, as well as astonishing mountain and countryside views. Glampers can relax on one of the many benches throughout the garden, take a stroll while admiring Mount Hutt, or talk late into the night whilst taking in the midnight sky with its glowing moon.

From biking and hiking through the gorgeous scenery of Arthur’s Pass to rafting on the rapids of the Rangitata River, getting in touch with nature is a must. Fishing enthusiasts can make their way to the Rakaia, Waimakariri and Rangitata Rivers for excellent rainbow and brown trout fishing.

Glampers can also marvel at the breathtaking views of the Canterbury Plains in a hot air balloon while enjoying a champagne breakfast. Additionally, guests take a day trip to Akaroa. Glampers can spend the day exploring the beautiful coastal town and try to catch a glimpse of rare Hector’s Dolphins from the harbor.
