This exclusive villa is located in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand and can accommodate two guests. The guest suite has private access to the main house, allowing guests to choose the level of privacy or interaction at their discretion. The open-plan suite features a king-size bed dressed with decadent linens and a large wardrobe. In the large private ensuite bathroom, guests will find a rain shower, a bathtub, bathrobes, and heated floors. The suite is serviced daily and with evening turndown.

The living area features a sofa, a plasma TV, Sky TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and an iPod dock with an iPod. In the suite, guests will find a Nespresso machine, coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a fully stocked fridge with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and there are snacks and handmade chocolates. Other amenities include WiFi, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. There is a fully equipped on-site gymnasium with an iPod Dock and an Apple TV. Staffing is available 24/7 for guests´ every whim.

Outside the panoramic glass doors, guests will find a spacious deck with sitting areas, lounge chairs, heaters, and a private hot tub. The deck overlooks native bush and water. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Queen Charlotte Sound all year-round while soaking in the hot tub.

This villa offers unparalleled service, exquisite comforts, and all one would expect on a luxury getaway. Guests will have Wi-Fi, continental and full breakfast, large outdoor decks with heaters, and a private hot tub. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. There is a plasma TV, Sky TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and an iPod dock with an iPod. For an extra fee, there is a BMW Mini Cooper S Convertible available for guests to use. Guests must pay for fuel and must have a valid international drivers license. Mountain bikes and helmets are provided. There is a full on-site gymnasium with an iPod Dock, a LED TV, and an Apple TV. Gym equipment includes an elliptical machine, a spin cycle, free weights, an incline bench, a multi gym, and a cable machine. There is a heated cabana with a stocked bar.

Whether guests are looking to relax or are seeking adrenaline-filled adventure, the Marlborough Sounds have something for every interest. Guests can go on boat cruises and meet the wildlife that lives in and around the Sounds, such as fur seals, little blue penguins, dolphins, the rare Rowi kiwi, tuatara, and weka. There are also opportunities to swim with dolphins. Walking, hiking, or biking the Queen Charlotte Track is a must.

Guests can dine on fresh seafood straight from the waters of the Marlborough Sounds. With more than 30 cellar doors, Marlborough offers visitors plenty of wine tastings. Guests can also taste the local beer at the Renaissance and Moa craft breweries. Guests can escape to D'Urville Island by boat, where they can relax and recharge, walk or bike along the trails, go diving, fishing, and visit amazing restaurants. At the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre near the Blenheim Airport, guests can discover the world-renowned WWI and newly opened WWII exhibit.
