This tranquil lakeside cottage is located on the shores of Lake Benmore, just 22km from Twizel in South Island, and can accommodate four guests. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The first bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be converted into two single beds to accommodate guests' needs. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and towels and linens are provided. Guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the ski from each room and enjoy gazing at the stars at night. The shared bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

The modern and bright living area features a comfy sofa, a leather armchair, and a wood burning fireplace.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all appliances such as a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, and handy extras such as storage space and a dining table offering space for four.

Outside, as well as direct access to Lake Benmore, guests can enjoy roaming around the expansive grassy space surrounding the cottage. There is also a large patio with comfy furniture and beautiful views of the lake and the mountains, so guests can truly relax and unwind from daily life.

Guests will have access to a range of facilities such as Wi-Fi, free parking on premise, and an indoor fireplace. The property is supported by solar and gas, so there is a warming log wood burner to stay toasty.

Although the area is far from bustling city life, Twizel Township is only 22km away, and Queenstown is just under a three-hour drive away. The property is also just a three and a half hour drive to Christchurch, and an hour away from Mount Cook.

To travel to the property, the Totara Peak Station is a working High Country Merino Sheep Station. With Ohau Ski FIeld just 50 minutes away and Christchurch International Airport is around three hours and 30 minutes away, guests can enjoy exploring off the beaten track while enjoying a convenient journey.
