This camping getaway tent is not only for avid hikers and outdoors people. Included in the tour is a three-day stay in a five-star hotel in Peru which is where the tour usually kicks off. There are many interesting things to do in Cusco other than the Inca Trail. Plaza de Armas was once a place where the Incas would congregate to celebrate a festival or perform an important ceremony. It is in the heart of the city and is currently an important historical landmark both for Andean and Spanish heritage. Many Incan ruins can also be found when doing a day tour of Cusco like the Sacsayhuaman fortress.
