The Adega is a family-friendly holiday apartment for 4–5 guests, set in a restored former winery on Portugal’s Silver Coast, near Nazaré. It offers a relaxed countryside farm stay just a short drive from the beaches and historic towns.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our small, Dutch family-run quinta and has its own private entrance and terrace. The main sleeping area connects to the living space and has a double bed with wardrobes behind a curtain. There is a separate bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra single bed.
For cooler evenings, there is a wood burner in the living area. The bathroom is simple and practical, with a toilet, shower, and washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, crockery, and pans. Towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Double doors open onto a 16-meter veranda overlooking the garden.
Outside, guests can use the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large table for meals. The pool area is perfect for cooling down during warm summer days.
Our quinta is especially popular with families. The large green garden offers space to relax and play. There is a play area, a game house with a pool table, a jeu de boules court, and space for badminton.
We also have friendly farm animals on site: a mule, donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, cats, and dogs.
The Adega offers a peaceful stay in the Portuguese countryside, while still being close to the beaches of Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto, and the historic town of Óbidos.
