This glamping site can be found at the entrance of the Alpujarras, within easy reach of the ancient city of Granada and it's Alhambra Palace, as well as the beaches of the Costa Tropical. It is located at 100 meters above sea level, directly along a section of the famous GR-7 path which runs from Algeciras in southern Andalusia across Europe to Athens. The pretty village of Cañar is off the tourist track and is the first white village guests see if you drive into the Alpujarra valley from the coast. The Sierra Nevada Natural Park is a massive reserve of unspoilt beauty including the highest peak in Spain and views across the Mediterranean to Africa. Bar Piqui is a great place in the village to sample some traditional Spanish food and soak up the local atmosphere.
