These methods revitalize the body, as well as the mind, increasing the sensation of rest and serenity that this retreat offers.

Hiking: Being in a natural reserve, there are many hiking options, whether you want to enjoy a short post-meal walk or a day-long hike in the mountains. The mountain peaks reach 1,919 meters and extend over 300 kilometers.
