This cottage is a historic olive mill dating back to 1755. It has been lovingly renovated into an elevated slow-living destination, offering a peaceful escape in the heart of Zahara de la Sierra. While preserving its rich history, guests can explore the traditional olive oil-making process with guided tours of the mill and tastings of our renowned extra virgin olive oil.
