This barn is simple and small with a double bed, a pine table and chairs, a basic gas camping cooker and simple camping wash stand facilities. Solar lamps can be provided. There is a small wood burner (you have to purchase the wood yourself) and no electricity or running water.

Hot water is provided by a simple flow-through electric water heater. There is a large communal barn with picnic tables and plenty of space. This barn has table tennis, secondhand books for sale and some games for hire. There is also an indoor workshop space for woodworking, pottery and other activities.
There is a simple communal kitchen area where people can prepare food and wash up. It has a gas cooker, a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, as well as basic pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also a communal fire pit and open fires are allowed on certain parts of the site.
