Sleeping a group of 8 people, this characterful, cosy holiday spot is the perfect place to relax after beach days on South Pembrokeshire's bustling coast. With a stunning mix of traditional and modern features, such as a log burner and private off-road parking, this is a fine example of a traditional Welsh cottage that's sure to delight your group during your stay.

Welcome to this amazing Cottage. As you step through the charming side gate at the front of the property and into the front porch, you're greeted by the inviting lounge area. The rich parquet flooring glows warmly, especially when the log burner is alight within the limewashed chimney breast. Comfortable seating, including a sofa and two armchairs, is arranged around a central coffee table, creating a cosy space to relax. A wall-mounted Smart TV offers entertainment, while the large window bathes the room in natural light.

Adjacent to the lounge, through an open-plan archway, lies the kitchen and dining area. The parquet flooring continues here, complementing the rustic charm. Beneath the other front window, the dining table with two traditional benches invites communal meals. The kitchen is well-appointed with an impressive electric range, Belfast sink with drainer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. A small utility space beyond houses an additional sink, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and a spacious American-style fridge freezer.

Moving towards the rear of the cottage, a tiled area features a convenient downstairs WC, a large bench, and a coat rack, the boot room, if you like. A few steps lead up to the sunroom, illuminated by a skylight and glazed wall, with patio doors opening to the outdoor space. Furnished with a sofa and chair that can be used both indoors and outdoors, this room offers a serene spot to unwind. Adjacent to the sunroom, a bright study area doubles as an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed.

Ascending the wooden staircase from the lounge, you'll find the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom, to the right of the stairs, is a spacious retreat with two 12-pane sliding sash windows overlooking the quaint street. It features a comfortable double bed, ample storage, a large mirror, and steps down into an en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom offers cosy bunk beds and storage, with a small window, again to the front of the property. The third bedroom is another bright double room with yet again the same sash window facing the front, complete with a wardrobe and a large wall mirror.

A family bathroom is located on a half landing between the ground and first floors. It includes a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash hand basin with mirror above, and a towel rail.

Stepping outside from the sunroom, the patio area is perfect for barbecues or evening drinks, leading to a small lawn. The garden is bordered by the historic Grade II listed church of St Florence, lending the cottage its name. Beyond the lawn, steps descend to a private off-road parking bay for guests for one car.
