Fire pits, BBQ & tents are available for use. First property on mile-long gravel easement that backs up onto access to Beartown State Forest. Close to Carthage, Croghan, Lowville, The Black River & the foothills to the Adirondacks.

Our 5 acres is just about half woodland and half meadow, where we regularly see white-tail deer, a variety of birds & pollinating insects.
