The rental is off-grid, solar-powered, and features composting toilets, which means guests must be mindful of with water and electricity consumption during evening hours when the sun is not shining. The living room features a table and chairs with a wood-burning stove to keep guests warm, while the kitchen boasts a cook top for food preparation and fairly large chest refrigerator for food storage. All pots and pans, dishes and silverware are provided.
