Rentals do not include bathing and beach towels.
Children must be with parents or responsible adults at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodations—a $250 cleaning fee will be imposed if guests do not comply and violators will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund or credit.
There is a daily maid service available upon request, and trash will be collected every morning by 10 a.m. Please place it in the garbage cans provided and secure the lid. The maximum occupancy on rooms is not to be exceeded at any time, this number includes adults, children, toddlers and infants.
Fireworks are not permitted, including sparklers of any kind, but campfires are permitted until 11 p.m. and must be extinguished properly before leaving them.
If guests arrive after 8 p.m., please notify the office of the late arrival to guarantee the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. It is imperative that guests notify the office and request a late check-in. Late departure will incur a charge of the daily rate of the unit. No refunds will be issued for early departures or cancellations.
