This unique octagonal-shaped tiny cottage sits just 12 minutes away from downtown Ithaca in Upstate New York, but the secluded property itself is surrounded on all sides by cedar and the immaculate serenity of nature. Between one bedroom and one full bathroom, the tiny cottage can comfortably accommodate up to two guests at a time, making this rental perfect for couples or two traveling friends.

The bedroom is outfitted with one full-size memory foam bed, ensuring guests are supremely comfortable during their stay. The bathroom features a claw foot bathtub fitted with a Victorian faucet and hand shower, allowing guests to melt their stresses away after a long day of adventure.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, including a small refrigerator, an induction cook top, a toaster oven, and kitchenware. Locally-sourced, award-winning coffee, honey, and olive oil are also provided. Guests can dine in the beautiful walnut bar counter.

Outside, guests can enjoy 16 stunning acres of gardens beautifully manicured with perennials, kaleidoscopic fields of wildflowers, and a grassy lawn. The gardens are perfect for afternoon picnics, sunbathing, and by nightfall, gazing at the cosmic skies above.

There are a number of amenities at this property to elevate the experience of any guest staying here, including heating, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a telephone. Guests won't have to worry about bringing towels or linens as they will be provided.

Outside, guests have access to a lush estate featuring gardens and orchards. They are welcome to pick a full bounty of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, and even eggs at the hen house. Parking is available.

There’s a nearby trail which is perfect for hiking and will lead guests down to a beautiful gorge where they'll see ice-carved waterfalls. Just up the road a bit, there’s a small orchard perfect for fruit picking and tasting delicious cider doughnuts.
