This beautiful log home rental in the Adirondack State Park sits on the shore of Moody Pond and is located just a walk away from the village of Saranac Lake. There is one master loft suite with a jetted bathtub and shower. In addition the spacious guest room has a queen-size bed. A sectional sofa can accommodate one additional person as a twin bed in the great room. There are three fireplaces in total at this property, which create a lovely cozy atmosphere.
The living area is majestic and spacious and contains a stone fireplace and cable television. The kitchen contains all necessary cookware and appliances to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals throughout the vacation. There is a Jenn-Air range, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Outside, there is a gas grill for summer barbecues and a deck with a fireplace. Parking is on the property. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This property is available throughout the year. There is a guest cabin owned by the host nearby which can be rented out in combination with this rental to accommodate up to two more guests. Please contact the host for more details. One well-behaved pet under owner control at all times is welcome.

Saranac Lake and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to come for outdoor recreation, no matter the season. In addition to canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding on Moody Pond, there are many places for hiking and picnicking in the vicinity. Glampers can rent small boats to take out onto the larger Daranac Chain of lakes, starting at Lake Flower, or simply explore Saranac Lake village with its small restaurants, boutique shops, and bars. There are a golf course and sports center, as well as fishing platforms and Olympic attractions close by. Finally, in the winter months, the area offers skiing at the Mt. Pisgah Ski Center or Whiteface Mt, just 40 minutescaeay. Saranac Lake is surrounded by the forested regions of McKenzie Mountain and Adirondack State Park.
