On the second floor, there are two bedrooms at the front, a shaded bedroom suite with two full beds and a cozy twin bed nook, as well as a laundry room, the second bathroom, and an open space that was converted into a reading space/playroom.

Throughout this luxury rental, there are new cast-iron radiators and energy-efficient, double-hung wood windows, and it also has a new standing-seam roof.
